F.G Barnes Group is a family owned company based in Surrey and Kent. We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team in Guildford.

Due to growth in all our franchises, we have taken the decision to centralise the Sales Administration functions for our Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, Nissan and Vauxhall dealerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team and become an integral part of the expansion.

You must have the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines; prepare all documentation for both new and used car sales; follow manufacturer and FCA guidelines to ensure compliance and meet expectations.

To be considered for this position you must have at least 12 months experience in Sales Administration, ideally with a franchised dealership. Knowledge of Kerridge Rev 8 would be advantageous.
