Our Thriving and growing Nissan business in Guildford are seeking to recruit a Service Manager/Customer Quality Manager
The purpose of the role is to Actively manage the service activity at the dealership in order not only to maximise the workshop turnover and profitability but also to guarantee the quality of service, which aims to satisfy customers and to contribute to the Company’s Objectives for Customer Satisfaction and Business Growth.

The successful candidate should be an excellent leader, with strengths in positive feedback and motivation. You should be able to communicate effectively with Customers, Staff, Directors, Manufacturer’s representative alike and shine in interpersonal skills such as persuasion and empathy. You must have current experience as Service Manager/Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership.
Working hours are; 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings.
