Trainee Sales Administrator

F G Barnes and Sons ltd are a family owned group based in Surrey, Hampshire and Kent. We are currently looking for a full time Trainee Sales Administrator to join our centralised sales administration department based in Guildford Surrey.

The group run a centralised administration team for our Abarth, Alfa Romeo, DAF, Fiat, Jeep, Nissan and Vauxhall franchises; this new role has been created due to the rapid growth in business. Duties include:

  • Allocating consignment notes, customer deposits, fuel receipts
  • Answering sales queries
  • Assisting the other administrators with various duties
  • Invoicing trade vehicles
  • Loading new and used vehicle purchases
  • Liaising with accounts department
  • Printing new and used orders daily

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skill; be competent in maths, able to work under instruction and as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the Automotive Industry.
