Bishops Christmas Appeal

Bishops Guildford are proud to be working with Surrey Advertiser Group and The Shooting Stars Children Hospice in Guildford once again this Christmas. However, unlike last year where people were encouraged to buy one or two extra gifts, this year due to current circumstances, we have set up a Just Giving page to encourage donations to support the fantastic work carried out at the Hospice.

Last years successful campaign saw the generous people of Guildford and surrounding areas donate hundreds of presents to the hospice. The presents were delivered to the Christmas tree in the Bishops showrooms in Guildford and then they were taken to the hospice closer to Christmas.

Bala Waran, the FG Barnes Company Director said of last years campaign, “We have been so surprised by the amount of presents donated. It is really wonderful to be able to support a local charity at this time of year and I was bowled over and humbled when we delivered everything over the past couple of years. We are hoping that this year will be bigger and better and that the local community of readers will support the Hospice and the children and their families once again to make it a memorable Christmas”.
