Parts Advisor

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to support the daily operations of our busy parts department. This is a key role within the dealership, working closely with both the public and our service team to ensure the right parts are delivered accurately and efficiently.If you're a team player with a passion for the motor industry and a drive to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary up to £30k plus bonus.

Your duties will include:

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with parts enquiries
• Prepare and process parts orders for both retail customers and the workshop
• Liaise with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts supply
• Provide clear, accurate estimates for repair and service work
• Maintain effective stock control and carry out regular inventory checks
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries

. Essential skills

• A strong interest in and knowledge of cars and automotive parts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Competence in IT systems – experience with Excel is required
• Familiarity with Kerridge, Nissan, or Vauxhall systems would be an advantage
