CUPRA has announced the
The ground-breaking Born follows in the footsteps of the Formentor, which was the first exclusively designed model for CUPRA, bringing a fresh wave of excitement and sophistication to the brand.
Battery
The CUPRA Born 58kWh battery will open for orders in January 2022, with a choice of three trims – V1, V2 and V3, a name structure consistent with the whole CUPRA range.
Specification
The Born range begins with the V1 trim, which boasts impressive standard specification. Features include 18” ‘Cyclone’ alloy wheels, front bucket seats, 12” navigation system, digital cockpit, a rear view camera, adaptive cruise control and leather multi-function heated sports steering wheel.
Moving up to the next version in the range, the V2 trim adds to V1 spec with 19” ‘Typhoon’ alloy wheels, dark tinted rear windows, augmented reality heads-up display, heated front seats and a ‘supersports’ steering wheel for our e-Boost derivatives.
V3 tops the range off with 20” ‘Hurricane’ alloy wheels, and the Granite Grey ‘Dinamica’ seat pack that features 12-way adjustable front seats, which are heated and include a massage function.
We are expected to have the CUPRA Born in our showroom for the launch, so you can see this exciting all-electric model and test-drive it in person.
