CUPRA Roadside Assistance is there for you when you need it the most. It’s there to give you the best possible advice and practical help, and it’s operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Roadside Assistance Benefits

CUPRA Roadside Assistance has been specially designed to take care of you and your CUPRA in the event of a breakdown, and bring you peace of mind when out on the road. This will also cover you for non-vehicle fault; after all, even brand new vehicles can get a flat battery or run out of fuel.

CUPRA Roadside Assistance will be provided by specially trained CUPRA technicians, using the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and genuine CUPRA tools and parts.

How to obtain assistance in the United Kingdom

If you break down within the UK, please follow these simple steps:

  • Call us on 0800 777 192
  • Advise the operator that you have CUPRA Roadside Assistance
  • Provide your details to the operator
  • Advise the operator of the location of your vehicle, the nature of the issue, and provide any additional information that the operator may ask you for

How to obtain assistance abroad

European Motoring Assistance applies to vehicles registered with the relevant Vehicle Licensing Agency and operates throughout the European territory.

To obtain assistance in the event of a breakdown, and in our absolute discretion, in the event of an accident, fire or theft, or if the only qualified driver is medically unfit to drive, please call CUPRA Roadside Assistance, state that the vehicle has European Motoring Assistance and give the following information:

  • Your name
  • The model and registration number of the vehicle
  • Your location and telephone number (if you are on a French motorway, see the section below)

Breakdowns on French motorways

Motorways in France are privately managed, meaning that if you break down on a French motorway, CUPRA European Roadside Assistance cannot arrange for assistance to be sent to you.

  1. If you can get to an emergency telephone box, please press the button and the police will send assistance to your location
  2. If you are using a public phone, please dial 17 or, from a mobile, dial 112
  3. Once you have been safely towed off the motorway/service area, call the CUPRA European Roadside Assistance 24 hour helpline for further assistance

Roadside Assistance Breakdown Call

Your in-vehicle B-Call* function, where available, can be used to contact the Roadside Assistance Call Centre, sending vehicle data to enable them to fully support you in a breakdown situation. This includes the following:

This information can be used to help fix the vehicle, suggest the route to the nearest repairer and or fuel station/charging point.

To use this function, download the CUPRA CONNECT app on your smartphone and register your CUPRA.

*This function will only work if your CUPRA is connected to CUPRA CONNECT.

Extending your CUPRA Roadside Assistance

After the period of CUPRA’s complimentary Roadside Assistance, you can extend your CUPRA Roadside Assistance at specially negotiated rates for CUPRA customers. We will contact you before the complimentary period ends, but just in case, you can call us on +44 800 912 1439 and select the appropriate option.
