Following the announcement by the Government on Monday 4th January 2021, all of our showrooms are closed from a Sales perspective, due to the National Lockdown. However, we are writing to you to inform you of how we can help and support you to keep your vehicle mobile during the current lockdown period. As per the Government’s advice, we can offer a “Click & Collect” service or home deliveries (Terms & Conditions apply). For those who are expecting to be collecting their new car in January, our Sales Teams will be in contact with you to come to the best solution, for you to get your new car. All vehicles will be sanitised before you arrive to collect your new vehicle. We have a dedicated online sales team who are contactable through the following methods; phone, email, video call, web enquiry or Facebook messenger.
For our Motability customers, we will be able to create and submit applications remotely, via any of the contact channels listed above. However, as always, the customer or appointee must be present at the point of the application. Vehicle deliveries can still go ahead through our “Click & Collect” scheme however we’re unable to offer home deliveries.
From an aftersales and repair option, for those who already have Service & MOT’s booked, these will be honoured. You will be contacted closer to your appointment date to confirm your booking. For those who are due to have their Service or MOT and are not yet booked, please contact your dealership to get this booked in. Alternatively you can book through our website. We now have an online payment system, which all staff have been trained on and will actively be encouraging our customers to pay through this, to enable us to remain as a contactless showroom.
