Whether you are searching for a new or approved used vehicle, looking to book an appointment to discuss finance options, or just in need of some guidance on our latest products and offers, our team are on hand to assist you. We have a range of options available to ensure that your visit is as safe and convenient for you as possible.

In line with government guidance, we have been working hard to implement significant changes to the way we work and the processes involved when purchasing a new car. This has all been to ensure the safety of our customers, as that remains our number 1 priority. These changes include assisting you in person or online with new and used vehicle sales, unaccompanied test-drives and a click & collect option.

In order to operate effectively, following COVID-19 guidelines, we would like to please ask if, where possible, customers could book an appointment prior to visiting. This way, our staff and management team can monitor the amount of people in the showroom at one time, and be able to keep both customers and staff as safe as possible.

We would like to also ask that you wear a face covering when entering our showroom, and respect social distancing measures throughout the building.

During a typical visit to FG Barnes, customers will be able to sit down with a chosen salesperson to discuss their needs, finance options, vehicle features and options available. Test drives are now available too, to ensure that customers can find their perfect new car in time for the summer!

To bring you peace of mind, we would like to reiterate the COVID-19 measures we have in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees. These include:

  • All employees to wear a mask when moving around the building (away from their own desks)
  • All customers to wear a mask at all times within the building (unless exempt)
  • 2-metre social distancing measures
  • COVID-19 safety signage to direct you safely
  • Increased levels of cleaning and sanitising of all products and vehicles
  • Screens for desks to separate staff from customers
  • Extra cleaning of your vehicle to ensure that all touch points have been sanitised
  • Designated and timed appointments, as well as collection times to minimise queues and maintain social distancing
