Our workforce is made up of technical and non-technical staff, managers and administrators, sales and aftersales professionals.
Our Apprentices are trained through manufacturer placements and are based on site at their chosen branch, undertaking a 3 year qualification. Depending on the franchise, this usually involves classroom based training with the manufacturer and workplace-based assessments back at the dealership workshop. At the end of the 3 years, Apprentices graduate to qualified Technicians at ATA level one. After that, the sky is the limit, with on-going training available for all our makes and models.
