Saturday Bookings Operator

At FG Barnes in Maidstone, Kent

We are a family-owned company established since 1899 and have locations in Guildford, Maidstone, Canterbury and Shoreham representing Vauxhall, Nissan, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, MG, SEAT, CUPRA and DAF Brands. As part of our continued growth plans, we are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join our FG Barnes Maidstone branch as a Saturday Bookings Operator.

The role of a Bookings Operator is to deal with inbound calls from our clients and booking their vehicles in for a service.

You will also be making outbound calls to our existing customers.

Within the role you be required to deal with email enquiries so good written skills are essential.

Customer satisfaction is a crucial part of this role as the company prides itself on its customer satisfaction results.

Experience of working in the motor trade is useful, although we will consider candidates from other industries.

You will be working Saturdays, 9am to 5pm.
