- Salary: £35,000 OTE £59,000
- Working hours: Full time, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
- Location: FG Barnes Nissan Guildford

- Line Manager: Head of Sales
We are looking to recruit a Sales Controller/Manager for Nissan at our Guildford Branch.
Duties of a Sales Controller/Manager:
- You will be reporting directly into the Head of Sales.
- Controlling the sale of used cars from enquiry to handover.
- Mechanical and cosmetic preparation of used car stock.
- Daily lead and sales process management.
- Managing used car stock levels and controlling overage stock to a minimum.
- Working with our group buyer to source replacement used car stock.
- Managing used car display areas.
- Management of used car advertising platforms and vehicle imagery.
- Work closely with our Administration team to ensure documentation is correct, compliant and completed effectively.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to deliver market leading offers and content for our social media platforms.
- Directing and motivating the sales team.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Advising customers of finance options, insurance products and services available.
- Monitoring and Managing part exchanges.
- Managing finance agreements and activations.
- Implementation of finance renewals process.
- Working to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
- Delivering world class customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting both for the Manufacture and Management accounts.
- Complaint handling.
To be considered for this Sales Controller/Manager role, you must have/be:
- New & Used Vehicle sales experience required.
- Ideally, held a Controller or Management position previously.
- If you are a highly experienced Sales Executive and have Business Manager Duties, you will be considered for this opportunity.
- Proven track record of Sales and Leadership skills.
- Hungry, driven, passionate, motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
