We are a family owned company established since 1899 and have locations in Guildford, Maidstone & Shoreham representing Vauxhall, Nissan, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat Professional, Subaru, MG, SEAT, SsangYong and DAF Brands. As part of our continued growth plans, we are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join our Maidstone showroom, as a Sales Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and well-presented person with good time keeping skills, who enjoys working as part of a team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, a good communicator and competent in math. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress within the Automotive sector, developing their skills in administration.

Some of the tasks that the position involves will include:

  • Allocating consignment notes, customer deposits, fuel receipts
  • Answering sales queries
  • Assisting the other administrators with various duties
  • Invoicing trade vehicles
  • Loading new and used vehicle purchases
  • Liaising with accounts department
  • Printing new and used orders daily
  • Registering new vehicles
  • Taxing used vehicles

You will ideally be both computer literate and have held similar roles previously, with experience in an Administrative role essential. The successful candidate will work full time hours, receiving a competitive salary and opportunities for future career development.
