Meet the team... Ian Burgess

Ian is the latest member of staff to join the Management team at our Guildford showroom as an Assistant Sales Manager, having previously worked at the showroom for 8 and a half years as a Sales Consultant.

During this time, Ian worked selling used, new and Motability cars, having been one of the top 2/3 sales people in the Group, for the last 6 years running.

Prior to this, Ian worked at Fox Garage for 7 and a half year, a Vauxhall Dealer that is no longer running. With experience in a number of different roles within the Automotive industry, Ian's career has spanned an incredible 16 years within the Vauxhall automotive industry.

A local person to Godalming, Ian lived down the road from the very first Barnes Vauxhall site, riding past the Dealership throughout his school years. Having now lived for the past 7 years in Guildford, with his wife Jules and 4 year old daughter Olivia.

Football (a notable Tottenham Hotspur fan), which he used to play regularly in a Sunday league team (in which he managed a 6 aside team), and his love of films (a truly big Marvel fan through and through), make up most of his free time.
