Reports to Parts Manager
Promoting the sales of DAF OEM and all makes parts to new and existing customers
Promote the sales of TRP parts and consumables to identified prospects and existing customers
Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
Making presentations to promote new products and special offers
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
Keeping in contact with existing customers in person or by telephone
Recording orders and incremental sales
Meeting sales targets as set by management or manufacturer
Advising customers about delivery and aftersales services on offer
Watching our competitors and products they are offering
Attending all training courses and product launches to maintain an in-depth knowledge of current product and legislation.
Reporting sales trends to Parts manager
Reporting weekly on customer visit activity.
Maintain a professional image.
