As part of our continued growth plans, we are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join our FG Barnes Vauxhall site in Maidstone, Kent.
You will have a dynamic personality with a passion for success, able to motivate the team with energy and a desire to make things happen. Experience of managing a large sales team and delivering significant volumes of new and used vehicle sales with highest possible customer satisfaction is a prerequisite for this position.
You will need to demonstrate adherence to structured sales process, prospecting disciplines and internal and external target achievement. You will be computer literate with a working knowledge of CDK DMS / Dealerweb CRM system and be able to work to set guidelines, budget and deadlines.
