FG Barnes Vauxhall REOPENS

FG Barnes Vauxhall has reopened its doors to the public after the government issued guidance permitting car dealerships to welcome customers from 1 June.

People in the Maidstone, Guildford and the surrounding areas can now visit the showrooms in Guildford & Maidstone in person and take a closer look at the range of brand new Vauxhall vehicles available, which is currently available with no deposit, 0% interest and nothing to pay for three months. Job Loss Payment Waiver is also currently included, for extra peace of mind*.

A range of measures have been put in place at FG Barnes to help keep staff and customers safe. Face masks and hand sanitising gel are available for everyone in the showroom, where the latest health and safety information and guidance is also displayed. Staff have been provided with gloves, and desks have been fitted with clear screens. Customers are asked to observe markers on the floor and abide by social distancing guidelines.

A rigorous cleaning schedule is being implemented across all areas of the showroom, with every vehicle regularly disinfected and desks thoroughly cleaned after each customer. For the foreseeable future, machines serving refreshments will remain out of use.

Customers are still welcome to take a test drive. Vehicles will be fully disinfected before use or fitted with protective coverings, and the sales consultant will sit on the back seat wearing PPE, or they can be unaccompanied.

Those who have purchased a new Vauxhall still have the option to collect in person if they wish, however they will also receive handover videos via email to demonstrate the key features of their new car along with the necessary paperwork which can be completed electronically.
