New Vivaro van available now

Vauxhall retailer, FG Barnes, is paying homage to the hard-working UK van drivers of Maidstone, with the long-anticipated arrival of the UK-built, all-new Vivaro Van.

Celebrating British businesses by putting the spotlight on Maidstone workers such as caterers, roadies, builders, and many more, FG Barnes is proud to announce the ‘Great Britvan’ Vivaro is now available in its showroom.

Engineering and design enhancements ensure all-new Vivaro drivers have class-leading fuel economy, better CO2 efficiency, as well as increased load carrying capability and comfort.

With a maximum cargo capacity of 6.6m ³, the new Vivaro has a payload of up to 1,458kg, 200kg more than its predecessor. The same applies to towing weights: the maximum trailer load is 2,500kg, 500kg more than the outgoing model.

The new Vivaro is packed full of all the latest technology, including driver assistance systems and connectivity that is usually only seen in passenger cars. The Vauxhall van is available with Head Up Display so drivers can see all the important information and keep their eyes on the road.

In addition, the new Vivaro features ultrasonic sensors in the front and rear aprons which warn the driver of obstacles when parking and monitor the side blind spot. There is also Multimedia, and Multimedia Navi infotainment systems with a large seven-inch touchscreen, and both feature phone integration via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Priced from £22,918.33 excluding VAT, the new Vivaro is available at FG Barnes Maidstone in three trims; Edition, Sportive and Elite, all of which will come as standard with a dual side sliding door, driver and passenger airbags, and cruise control with speed limiter.
